Production

The property consists of about 1600 plants in a perfect harmony of ancient trees together with the new plantation of Carolea plants positioned according to the criteria of 6 to 3, with an annual estimation, in 2015, of approximately 350 quintals

The production process, rigorously followed by craftsmen, is constantly controlled by a person who has a deep knowledge in this sector, the owner, Mr Carlo Amodeo.

The final result is an extra virgin oil that boasts an unmistakable flavor and perfume, handed down from generation to generation in accordance with ancient Calabrian traditions.
