The property consists of about 1600 plants in a perfect harmony of ancient trees together with the new plantation of Carolea plants positioned according to the criteria of 6 to 3, with an annual estimation, in 2015, of approximately 350 quintals

From the flowering of our plants, the picking of the olives followed by the washing and the squashing, this is how our high quality olive oil is produced.
In 1999 Carlo Amodeo purchased from the daughter of Mr Agostino Davoli 6,9 tomolate (unit of measure of catanzarese which corresponds to 1/3 of the hectare).
In 2013, the Carlo Amodeo Farm Company was born, which over time expanded the property; until it reaches the current 5.5 hectares.
